Yeah, this can be fitted with a Casserole dish for serving dip or whatever! Weird huh?! But even better, you can run your television or audio equipment cables through here for a neat and tidy appearance. Or just cover it with something. The finish on the top is somewhat messy. It could use a little help. But if you put a TV and DVR, DVD, etc. on it you'll never even see it. It has those beautiful mid century lines that more than make up for its shortcomings. If refinished, I'm sure that the Parquet top would look fantastic.
