Back In Booth 307...It's Looking Pretty Filled Out Now, Don'cha Think? I Had Just Enough Time To Bring In And Tag Up A Car Load Of Goodies Today Before Work. By This Weekend I Should Have The Booth Even More Repleat With Vintage Modern Goodness. Status: Joy!

I found a nice line of craigslist paydirt this morning on the east side of the Mississippi and was able to fill the back (and top!) of Frank the Focus Wagon.  I got all that done early enough to then tool straight over to the Creve Coeur Antique Mall and drop some of it off in my booth / shop before work.

I only dropped off four of these West Elm leather and chrome clam shell chairs, but I picked up a

total of eight.  Yes, eight of these plus a couple other items all in the back of Frank!  Some of the

other four chairs that I didn't drop off need a little cleaning before prime time but they're all in

excellent condition it seems...and how about that Chartreuse color?!

The bench didn't make into the back of the car but the eight West Elm chairs, three Tolix style chairs

and the pair of IKEA nesting tables all were able to be squeezed in.  Good thing, 'cuz I wasn't keen on

leaving any of it behind.  Like I said, I even resorted to tying that bench to the top of Frank!  Luckily

the Tolix style steel chairs stack neatly and I was just barely able to wedge them into the front

passenger seat.  You gotta do what you gotta do!

They are pretty cool little chairs, right?! Im glad I got extras so I can replace these after they find new homes.

    1. Hi John.

No doubt! I need to find another bright orange cone fireplace for this room! I'm sure one will turn up soon.

  3. Good luck with your new venture. You've got some serious space going on there. You certainly have an eye and a nose for scouting out all this great stuff.

    1. Hi Jay.

Did you just sell me the sign? Either way, thanks for the kind words of encouragement. And yeah, at first all that space looked a little daunting!
