Howdy! Need A Hand? Sorry I've Been Absent As Of Late. Just Needed A Little Break. No Worries Though, I'm Still Hard At Finding The Good Stuff. Here's Some Small Recent Finds. Status: Keepers / Flippers.

I don't know why I'm so fascinated by glass body parts.  I've still got a pair of those glass heads floating around here somewhere.  I think it has something to do with reminding me of the many Ernest Trova sculptures peppering the St. Louis area.

But the glass hand / ring or glove display wasn't the only goody brought home this day, oh no!  I

managed to score a bevy of American Airlines travel kits, all complete.  The classic Dot Pattern is

instantly recognizable as is the American Airlines logo stamped into a chrome badge on the front of

each.

I dropped off the glass hand with a tag on it at the Creve Coeur Antique Mall, but the travel kits are

keepers.  We do a fair bit of travel during the spring and summer so these will actually come in

handy.  We're even booked to travel by air this summer to some exotic local in the tropics, though not

on AA.  I don't think they'll kick us off the plane for opening up one of these while in flight, do you? 

Neah, more likely they'll just envy us our amazing taste in travel kits!
