First thing's first, this is not mine to sell. It's in a booth (196) near mine at The Antique Mall of Creve Coeur. But I was just so excited to see it in the mall today that I just had to feature it here. These don't pop up around here all that often. They might not be the most practical chairs in the world but they sure are pretty.
Being a new vendor at The Creve Coeur Antique Mall, I felt a little weird dragging this chair out of
my neighbor's booth to take all pictures of it and stuff. I'm sure after a while everyone there will find
it "old hat" but for now I'm feeling like everyone is looking at me all crazy. I only dropped by to
check my booth out because we're headed to New Orleans for a few days and wanted to make sure
there wasn't a gaping hole in my booth before we left.
But you know me. I can't resist taking photos of all the other cool stuff I see setting around in the
mall. There aren't a lot of other specifically "vintage modern" sellers at The Creve Coeur Antique
Mall but there are so many sort of "general" dealers who drop in a Mid Century this or a Danish
Modern that, that there's still a fair amount of good stuff for the likes of us! I'll be out of town the next
few days but I'll be featuring a few other good items I spotted in the mall today here on the blog. I
might toss in a random New Orleans post though, so keep your eyes peeled!
